Make practice fun and fuss-free with the RapidArm Ball Thrower in Orange, a new-generation cricket ball thrower that anyone can use.

Whether youre just starting out in your back garden or progressing your game in the nets, the RapidArm Ball Thrower makes it easy for your coach, teammate, friend, or family member to throw down ball after ball.

You can adjust the arm length to alter the speed of the throw, from 50mph right up to the highest recorded speeds of around 100mph. Its a great training aid if you want to practise facing a particular type of delivery, with the throwers simple mechanics allowing straightforward repetition.

Please note: The RapidArm arrives with only the first adjustment hole pre-drilled. Further guide holes require user drilling with a 3mm drill bit (not included). Make sure to remove the RapidArms head from the shaft before drilling
