Updated for improved power and comfort, the next generation of the FX range retains the easy playability of its predecessor, while a few choice tweaks to the specs make it even more arm-friendly. The new FXs POWERBOOST+ precision groove under the grommet strip is deeper and wider than before, allowing greater string movement on ball impact for increased power potential. POWERGRID tech the wide cross strings at the top of the stringbed returns to help you keep all that power under control, enlarging the rackets sweetspot to accommodate off-centre hits. Specs-wise, the key change is a lower stiffness rating, with the refreshed frame allowing greater flex for a slightly softer response that promotes comfort throughout extended sessions. Thats in addition to the vibration-reducing SONICCORE sections at 10 and 2 oclock on the hoop, which reduce forces felt through the beam and produce the snapback you need to hit those hard, clean winners. Designed for comfort and manoeuvrability, the FX 500 Lite weighs in at just 270g ideal for younger players making the step up to adult rackets, or anyone who simply prefers a lighter frame. This generations Lite edition features a 16/18 string pattern for easy access to spin and a more forgiving feel, while a mixed-width beam provides stability where you need it.
