Destined to be a collectors’ item, the legendary Yohji Yamamoto puts his own stamp on these adizero f50 football boots with a stunning graphic on the upper featuring the artwork of Taishi Hayashi.

Yamamoto employs the traditional Japanese motif of an open mouth lion as a guardian deity for victory, a sovereign creature to protect those playing on the pitch.

The internal clockwork assembly represents Japan’s modern sci-fi culture and together with the lion it is intended to create a spiritual connection between the past and the future.
